Hello dear BB'ing colleagues,

I am looking for an excercise which will grow your forearms the most, so I want one that takes on the biggest muscle of your forearm. I went to this site and it has alot of forearm excercises but I need to know which one??

Take a look and tell me which 2 excersises to go for:)

Thnx a lot,

Enki

No Lumina,

every excercise would leave me little time for my other bodyparts:):) I just need 2 very good ones, and preferably the 2 biggest musclegroups on my forearms, someone around here has gotta know.

Thnx again.

It's not me. I'd just try them all. I mean what works for somebody else MIGHT work for me.. And I can't afford to guess.

I like dumbell one arm wrist curls really.. but do what everyone else said and try all of them.. not all in one day.. maybe try one one week.. see how your forearms feel.. really worked?.. good keep that one in mind.. try a different one next week.. maybe your arms don't pump up with that one so well.. cross that one off the list.. try a different one the next week.. if I were doing it I would probably work in two forearm exercises a week to get through that big list faster.. but don't forget to give your muscles time to recover...

Thor's Hammer on top of your regular forearm exercises. They work the bis, tris and forearms. They also give you a longer-lasting burn!

Will do these 3 then, would the following be good for a workout???

First set I do,

reversbarebellcurl 10x, 8x, 6x
staticgrip 10x, 8x, 6x
Thors Hammer 10x, 8x, 6x

And then I would do this all over again:)

Do I need to take 3 sets instead of 2???

So would I need to do this,
1st set
=======
reversbarebellcurl 10x, 8x, 6x
staticgrip 10x, 8x, 6x
Thors Hammer 10x, 8x, 6x
2nd
===
reversbarebellcurl 10x, 8x, 6x
staticgrip 10x, 8x, 6x
Thors Hammer
3rd
===
reversbarebellcurl 10x, 8x, 6x
staticgrip 10x, 8x, 6x
Thors Hammer 10x, 8x, 6x

Or just 2 of these???

Thnx

One of these is all you need, once per week. When you indicate "10x, 8x, 6x" I assume you mean the number of repetitions. Each one actually represents a set. So, one set of 10 reps., one set of 8 reps. and one set of 6 reps...right?

If you want to add more intensity, add 1 or 2 additional sets. Keep the exercises rotating and vary them every 2 weeks or so. Throw in some seated barbell/dumbbell curls, inclined, etc. Variety should keep you from getting bored.

I like spinach in a deep dish pizza, too bad it's not healthy in that form (from all the cheese), but I also like baby spinach salads
