I know some people say "how much can you bench" is just an ego question. But can anyone give a plan or the best exercises for increasing your bench?

That's the routine that got me to the point where I could attempt up to 360lbs. My current personal best is 345. I haven't tried breaking my PR since Christmas eve, but I'm sure if I tried this week I could do it, thanks to the routine on the website above. Bottom line - it works.
