I bench press at least 3 times a week..I usually lift anywhere between 65-70lbs and i do this in 4 reps of 10..My question is, i don't want to bulk, so will you suggest i keep my lbs. at this weight and concentrate on getting my reps. higher?..
You will not bulk, keep trying to increase your weights, this will challenge your muscles. You are a female, you do not have the testosterone. We as males try very, very hard to bulk and have a hard time doing it!
