I'm fairly new to serious weight lifting, and have been going to the gym for 2-3 weeks now. Everything is going well and I feel better, but I have a question concerning my Bench Press routine.
I use both the incline/decline/flat bench and then do machine butterflys, I'll be starting dumbell flys next time. I do 3 sets of 15 reps for each exercise, aiming for about 95 lbs. By the time I get to whichever exercise is last that session I have to either do less reps or lower the weight because my chest is tired.
a)Is it better to meet the rep goal with lower weights, or keep the weight the same and crank out whatever reps I can?
b)I alternate the order I do the exercises in depending on the session, should I wait until I can complete all the sets of all exercises with desired goal no matter what the order to increase weight?
c)Is it natural to be uneven in decline/incline vs. flat weights, should I train them all to the same weight or expect one to be able to outperform a little more?
Thanks for your help!

Please do a search for this topic, especially in the powerlifting thread. It has been covered many times...
