when doing my program whichIam in my 2nd week of it I am having program with my machine incline and flat bench press I start with 90 lbs and having problems doing the complete rep without stopping in between

You need to drop the weight then. Say you can only do 4 and it says do 8, drop to 70 lbs. and do 8. When that becomes too easy to do 8 times, increase to 80 or whatever.
