personaly i think the bench is easier, i have more of a challange doing push ups with the push up stands so ur arms are slighty off the floor which allows ur chest to be streched more, but the question is....
if i do 25 x 4 push ups or a a good weight on the bench, say 12 x 4 which will make u more cut in defination,??

Your diet will make you more cut. Pushups will do nothing but burn calories(not necessarily a bad thing if fat loss is your goal), but will do little to develope your chest.

thanks for the reply, so insted of doing push ups, do something like jogging insted, cos that will have a similila effect?
