hey i am 20 years old young man,i was 99 kg and i lost alot of weight, thanks to god now i am 177 cm tall and weight 77 kg, and i have a BELLY so i want to lose this bellyfat so desperately, can some one please tell me what to do ? please answer seriously !!!

EXTRA :- i am doing the crosstrainer everyday and burning atleast 1500 calorie. i don´t want to lose anymore weight, i just want to lose my bellyfat. :(

1500 calories a day is a lot! You cant lose physical mass like fat without losing weight. I think you're exercising too much, and probably eating too little in comparison. Shoot for a caloric deficit of 500-700 calories a day through diet and exercise. The weight will come off slower, but will be a much more permanent loss. The belly will go in time.

I'm 179cm tall and weigh 78kg with no belly as such by doing cardio two to three times a week (each time being about 700 calories) and eating a good, healthy but not calorie-controlled diet. I agree with Plex that maybe you're asking a lot from your body in terms of exercise without providing enough fuel to do so.
Seems counter-intuitive though doesn't it?!
