I'm new to this site. Will I be provided a workout plan? I've never been on a diet and I dread working out. Well a day ago I finally snapped into reality and realized that I am very much overweight. I feel hungry alot. Should I eat everytime my stomach growls? Anyone please help!!!

Welcome to FT. Your 40 pound goal can be done, but it'll be work!

Up near the top there is a tab that will allow you to get a plan going. Stick with it, and you'll be fine.

For diet help, check out the Diet Forum. In there is a list of food to eat. Print it off and run with that. Basically, if it ain't on that list, don't eat it.

As for eating when your stomach growls, that's a good idea, but you shouldn't get to that point. It's suggested to eat five or six small meals a day to meet your calorie requirements.

Enjoy!
