My workout plan

Monday: 20-30 min run
upper body

Tues: sprint drills
Lower body

Wendsday: rest


Thursday: 20-30 min run
upper body

Friday: sprint drills
lower body

lower body:The results iam looking for are to be more explosive(increase my vertical) to be quicker and faster on my feet

Upper body: stronger core and chest, and stronger toned arms

my question is with this workout plan will i get the results iam looking for????

monday and wendsday i work on my chest,arms,and shoulders
(the whole upper body) my workouts usually involve high intensity....for exzample when i arm curl (15 reps)i do pushups right afterwards,then dips then i do that all over again (4-6 sets).....and for my chest i bench press 6 sets 0f 8-12 reps and in between each set i do 15 reps of dumbell presses........milatary press(4 sets 8-12 reps) and arnold presses(4 sets 12 reps) for my shoulders....iam open to all opionons on changing my workouts

If you're trying to improve your vertical and increase speed and agility, your current workout is not the best idea; it is too much like a regular gym-rat's workout, with drills thrown in. You need to focus on the explosive lifts (snatch, cleans, etc.), while also incorporating some other multi-joint movements to increase over all strength (deadlifts, squats, etc.).
