Can someone please tell me what can be used in place of a barbell. I workout at home and don't have a barbell. What can I used instead of that. Thanks!!

Well what type of equipment do you have? Dumbbells are usually used in place of a barbell. You can use them for all or most of any kind of barbell exercise.

I have dumbbells... but how would I use them in place of barbell as far as back exercises?

well for bentrows you can do them one handed(this is a great exercise really hits the lats good). Or you can hold one in each hand and do it like you would with a bar bell. Deadlifts the same way just like you would with a bar bell. In fact most bar bell exercise and dumb bell exercises are done the same way.

One arm dumbell rows too. Do you have access to a pull up bar? Wide grip chins to the front are a great exercise for the the back!
