Ive read something in a post on here as well as another message board about banana's supposadly being a good food for bulking,does anyone know why they would be? Is it why Gorillas are so big?(<---a joke)

A fruit with a high glycemic index, great for post work out snack with your protein shake. Lots of potassium, magnesium etc as well.
I'm cutting and I'm still eating a banana straight after training. Works fine for me.
