Well I was huge, then lost weight. Stayed in shape even when I got married. Then between sleep apnea, social anxiety, and a wife that 2 years ago decided that she needed a change I plumped up. From 220 to 350. Now I am on the path of regaining my life. I want to look good if the wife decides to finally put me back on the open market. Wish me luck.

Hi Ferguson and welcome to FT. It's not a matter of luck, it's knowing what you want and going for it. You obviously know what you are doing and where you are going, so it's just a matter of getting there.
Have you got yourself a nutrition and exercise program from here? They are great! Keep it up and you will see a different you in no time. And maybe even manage to get rid of the cynic.

The first step is to do it for yourself! To be happy with yourself. Forget about other reasons.
