I have started to notice that I have a really FAT back. This is so disgusting!! I used to have a flat back and tummy. When I wear jeans, the flab pushes up to my breast and hangs over my jeans. On my back, flab over and under my bra strap. Please tell me what kinds of exercises I can do.
Hey there! I have the same problem, though I am excited to say that my weight workouts (and cardio) has helped immensly! I have little overhangs instead of large ones now and hope to have none soon!
I am doing the exercises that FT suggests and some of my own. I think the weights are contributing to most of my loss. You don't have to have weights, FT has various exercises. Good luck to you!!
