ok im 14 i weigh 129 5ft6. I'm now just starting bench pressin 85 how can i bench more? I've been 50 doing push ups a night.

---
I’m 14 in 8th grade and am 6ft-6ft1 and weigh about 155-160. I’ve done benching, but only on weekends when I can have a driver. Keep doing push-ups if your like me and can’t get to a bench. I can bench 200 and I do 500-600 push-ups on heavy days and 200-300 on light ones. On light days, I do heavy legs and abs and will do 100-150 sit-ups and squats. On heavy push-up days I’ll do about 40-70 squats and sit-ups because you want to be well rounded. Right now I can also lift over 500 on the leg extend and squat machines. Do what you doing, but add stuff to it and increase the reps.

--- that is awesome... keep working, try as hard as possible, don't give up.

--- I have turned 15 4 months ago, and I was at your spot... (except  fat) I worked as hard as I needed to breath, strict diets, crazy routines, and artificial  motivation. You will eventually  hate it, all I have to say is "NEVER stop working to improve"  I have recently  been able to bench 300lbs, and I still won't give up. It gets hard, and you will want to stop... just remember  that this all depends on you.
