AST VP2 ??

fitinboise Posts: 73 Joined: 2004/03/17	2004/04/04, 12:56 AM I have read in several places that this is the best whey protein on the market. My questions is...how does it taste? I also have heard Optimum 100% Whey is a close second. Has anybody tasted both of these? Thanx! :)

RodM1 Posts: 13 Joined: 2004/01/16	2004/04/04, 08:58 PM I use Optimum 100% Whey Strawberry it's OK like a watery strawberry shake. Use just enough water to dissolve the powder that will give the best taste.

Although it doesn't taste as good as the Whey Concentrate that I am using now. =\ But should be a much better quality though, since it is mostly isolate whey.

Use a bit more to make up for what you may be missing, if you wish. I've been thinking of trying the chocolate mint. Just not sure what it'll taste good with.

I have had Fuzzy Navel, Apple, and am currently trying Roadside Lemonade. They are great tasting, the Roadside lemonade tastes just like lemonade from a stand...the Apple tasted just like a Jolly Rancher, and the Fuzzy Navel was great, kind of a peachy flavor. They have Cherry Berry also.
