My arms are really weak. I have been beaten by a girl in arm wrestling. How do i work my arms especially for that activity.

Arm wrestling not only involves the arms but the shoulders and wrists as well. Why don't you sign up for one of the ft programs to strengthen these body parts?

Not knowing anything about your present training and nutrition, I'll say this:
I know a professional arm wrestler who, by looking at him, you would say he couldnt arm wrestle a flea let alone win a few championships. His training consisted mostly of heavy forearm training, with support work for the delts, lats, and biceps. Training for a strong grip will always help as well.

i have to agree here heavy forearm exercise will really help you in arm wrestling.

haha...u were beat by a girl..j/k....Do curls:barbell curls, dumbell curls, close-grip curls, concentration curls. Any of these typ of curling execises will help.

I heard that hammer curls are good for arm wrestling!
