My arms are already big (muscle from carrying my children around), but I want to make them smaller but more defined. What kind of exercise can I do to make them smaller and more defined? Thanks.

Try the ty-bow, & tonny little advanced they will do it, you can do them everyday also

Try dips, push ups, curl (with sand bottles) etc etc Go to the exercise description and you'll see plenty of great exercises.......

Isn't Tony Little that freak that sells those elliptical trainers? The guy seems like he pops ECA's like candy on his commercials. Heheheheh . . .

yeah; he is a big salesman/weirdo, but has some great work out videos-using weights; they will make you sore sore sore, great for getting cut.

Thanks for the clarification. I guess I just automatically discounted him because he's so hyperactive on TV and touts the elliptical trainer thing of his as a 'strengthening total body workout.' Maybe I'll check out his REAL workout stuff.

I used to use Tony Little tapes, they are good for toning and losing weight and he is very hyper, but that just makes it more fun to watch.
