No offence meant spenco... I'm a Canadian, and even though I'm not in the armed forces, I'm very proud of the job they do... to be quite honest, not sure if I could do it... ;)

Good luck in the training...

Army girl here...well, former army girl.

And now you're quoting me and making someone I've never talked to before hate me?!?! He's going to think I don't like canadians!! Spenco - I promise I like canadians...I date them at every chance I get!! :)

Haha - and you can have your damn Jets back...Phoenix doesn't deserve hockey anyway. Anyplace where it hits 120 and people don't flinch doens't deserve an ice sport (I'm a former Arizonaian too) And does it say something that when the Nords finally leave Canada that they start kicking ass and winning cups? :)

Seattle should get a hockey team. Until then......

cudney:

push-ups
rocky sit-ups
leg spreaders
flutter kicks
wide arm push-ups
sit-ups
arm rotations
push-ups

then run 2 miles, fall out and do elevated push-ups,
run the 2 miles back and now your ready for dips and pull-ups

Best of luck to you
