i just had a question

is a 15.5 inch arm considered small, average, or big..

i'm 6'2 btw.

and do u have any tips or excersises to increase size in arms

somewhat above avg...but consider that how impressive your arms look trully depends on body fat levels...I mean you could be grossly obese and ahve 20 inch arms....or be 5% with 13 inch arms and be very strong...
..
.triceps make up 2/3 of the arm...so if you want big arms start training them hard....with close grip bench press, heavy pressdowns, heavy french press, and dips....when doing biceps make sure bicep and nothing else is doing the work....go heavy but make sure you don't use momentum, sway the body, use shoulder/back...pause and squeeze at the top for a sec or two..pick weight which you can do for 6-10 reps and not more with this form....


finally eat more....you can add about an inch to arms for every 10 lb you gain....

thanks alot for the tip i will try those in the gym

i'm actually 6'2 204 lbs with 11% body fat

i've seen this article in muscle and fitness magazine that guarantees a 2" increase in arms in 4 weeks so i'm gonna give that a try.
