My arms seem to be a bit flappy. The problem is mostly with the underside, but the overall thickness is a problem too. I have been doing dips, and kick backs for the underside, but see little results. Any recommendations that will firm my arms, without making bigger, would be great.
Thanks---------> S

well - you have probably heard this a million times, but your diet is one of the keys to firming up any "flappy" areas. I love that word BTW. Try the different tricept extensions (lying, seated, decline, etc.). Pushdowns are also effective exercises (regular and reverse)
Good Luck!

Also if you're concerned about overal "thickness" with the exercises you're doing you could just be gaining a little muscle!

We call them "bingo wings". The bigy here is more to do with age and elasticety.

LOL-- Bingo wings! Thats a good one. They aren't as flappy as a flag, I just want them super tone, and they are not. --------->
Thanks for the thickness info Artemis :-)

You are doing the right thing about targeting your triceps. By strengthening them now, it wont be as bad later in life. Kick backs probably are the best exercise for firming, they wont bulk up with that exercise.
