hi, i'm pretty new to this and i'm concerned i'm doing too much :) i currently do aqua fit 4xs a week and want to do strength training (circuit or trx) 2x's a week. i've been told to consider aqua fit as cardio, but my aqua fit is basically boot camp in the water. my question is will my muscles have time to recover if i do aqua fit one day and circuit/trx the next. feed back would be great!
I'm no expert, but I was doing heavy lifting and digging through my job every day monday to friday and maybe weekends off and I was able to be more fit then I ever have been in my life. I think one rest day is fine as long as youre listening to your body! If you feel like youre constantly tired then throw in an extra rest day but if not keep at it!
