I did my tae bo boot camp video last night for 45 minutes, I was pretty drenched at the end of it and drank about 34 ounces of water afterwards. The bummer is that I had a piece of coffee cake my husband brought home instead of having a protein shake or yogurt post workout. Today I am going to do the cardio kickbox challenege for about 50 minutes and do some light stretching afterwards. I am currently around 24.8 % bodyfat and 5'6" tall.

Incase anyone is wondering, I gained about 15 pounds after getting married last year, and want to slim back down to my size 6!!

I've been on the Abs Diet about a month now and am having success with it.

Cyber workout buddies are fun...I already have my own little group...but if you guys can get together to motivate eachother..it really helps...stay with it everyone...and have fun!!!:)

Anyone up for a cardio and strength challenge? Say,40 min cardio at least 4 time a week and 40 min strength at least 2 times a week?

I'm up for the challenge but up the ante to 35 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight training to 5 days per week...think you can keep up? :)

I jus started and am struggling with my stomach.. ugh!!! I hav an Ab Lounge... bt i losed d DVD b 4 i cud get 2 no wat exercises i cud use 2 compliment it. NEED HELP!!!! My 18th Bday is cuming up:(
