sounds like a program i might ahve seen on tv...one of those infomercials....just stick to the basics of healthy living/exercising...avoid that infomercial stuff....ever notice how there are a million of them on tv and each claims superhuman results?...just save the money

I believe there are many of us here that started on that program. It is good for beginning a good healthy lifestyle. Watch the amount of carbs, they are a little high. They really push the EAS products, but are not required. Good Luck!

BFL is a sound program. Myself, I have done it twice and really thats what got me started. It is great for beginning, but don't expect to come out looking like the photos inside the covers of the book.
The diet plan is good also.
Good luck.
