I have read some of the posts and although I have taken some fitness and nutrition classes in college I see that I am lacking some knowledge. For example I did not know that you should have post workout protien. I am not sure why this is so but I see many people talking about it. It makes me wonder what else am I missing. Please let me know your favorite fitness books that are well organized for someone with ADD. Books that have everything you need to know in them instead of having to get information scattered in many places (books) and then have to put it together. Thanks in advance for your suggestions, I look forward to hearing what everyone enjoys and has learned from the most.
