Ok i have a problem I have worked my abs like crazy the last few months and now i have a strange pouch on my stomach at first i attributed it to bacon intake, then i realized it is muscle not fat but it looks weird like there is no definition a 8 inch high protrusion that sticks out like a brick attached to my stomach lol how can i now define the separate abdominals now? plz help my kung fu coach smacked me in the head and said i was doing too many crunches and it was a bulk muscle pack and so i am banned from doing many crunches i am by no means overweight I am 135lbss and 5' 11" 20 yrs old and male...need help thanks...I am relieved it wasnt a fat belly tho :) is 800 crunches every 2 nights too many?

Wow... that's a lot of crunches...
Could be (likely is) diet... everyone has a six pack... some of us have it buried under fat. About the only way you're going to show abs is by watching what you eat very carefully....

Start eating more quality calories for one, and like Tim said..."thats alot of crunches" try doing to sets of 15 very slow, and only every 2nd day.
