Although I don’t know the name of the exercise, I have added the following to my abs workout as I have heard (or read) that this works the side of your abs.

Stand up straight with a dumbbell in each hand hanging straight down to your sides. Bend slowly to the side and contract the outer abs, and slowly back to the top, then repeat on the other side.

Now to my question :- Does it make any difference to the productivity of the exercise wither I do 15 on the left THEN 15 on the right. Or if I do a left ,right ,left, right?

If I’m going to do it I may as well get the best out of it, what ever its Called :o)

Do you feel the muscle gets more fatigued when you do all the reps on one side, and then the other, or is it about equal?
I think doing them one way some days and the other on different days will give you some variety and yuour muscles won't adapt as quickly, maybe.
Either way, i don't think it will make a big difference in the effectiveness, as long a you aren't doing a rep, resting a while and doing the other side, just keep moving!
