I have another question regarding the online body fat % calculator. According to it, I am 26% body fat, which is moderately overweight, but my BMI is only 22, which it says is very healthy & aesthetically attractive?? I don't really consider myself overweight because I am exactly in the middle of the "healthy" weight for my height, so seeing the calculator say I was overweight was an eye opener.

But how do you feel? If you feel fine with your body and in your clothes then honestly I wouldn't bother with those online calculator.....

Oh by the way you can find people with a low BMI but rather high body fat %. It's all a question about body composition.

yes I agree with Philia2 its all about how you feel and how you see yourself! if you feel comfartable then im sure you look great!
