Anyone try this supplement out? Is trying a CEE instead of this product better? After taken creatine yet but am planning on taking it soon or NO-Xplode or something. I've been successfully working out for a while now and would like to add a supplement other than protein in a month or so.

How old are you? How long have you been lifting? What are your goals? What are you hoping will happen with Animal Pump?

I can't answer your question about whether it's right for you until I know more about you...

Sorry. I'm 24, 6'0 & 204lbs. I've been seriously training for the past 3-4 months. My goal is to increase my muscle mass while cutting fat.I have seen a lot of results from the total body workout routine I've been on alternating days between lighting and running. I am thinking in a month or so to keep up the strong results I will start taking a type of creatine. All I am hoping with Animal Pump/Creatine is to assist my current training and to improve on my results, but I am worried it will hurt my chances of trying to drop 10-15lbs.

Pump is a great creatine supplement, without having the side effect of Creatine "bloat" of old. As always nothing gets you big like eating big and going heavy.

OK. So just wanted to make sure before I go buy a new supplement next week. A solely CEE supplement or Animal Pak? I'm taking Adam Multi vitamins and a protein supplement currently, do you think one would be a better choice over the other or is it a matter of preference?

I've been taking Animal Pak for about 3 years now. Wouldn't have it any other way...

Been taking Animal Pak for a week now and I really like it, much better than my other multi vitamins. And just started taking Animal Pump, hoping to see results in a few days.

ive taken many pre-workout supplements including nano vapor and no-explode. . . but to for me, animal pump was much more effective...plus the little pack of pills is pretty convenient especially if you are not a fan of powders
