Hi, I'm new here so I'm sorry if this has already been asked. I have a couple questions I want to ask and this is my 1st one.
I have been reading that you must have a good aerobic capacity before training Anaerobic, here is my scenario:
I begin competitive hockey as a goalie (involves heavy leg endurance) in early August.
Also I begin football at that time.
As of right now I have began training with my track team for school but my track season does not begin until springtime.
I will be doing intervals with my track team and High intensity interval training on my stationary bike on my off days. Will this have me ready for all of my sports within 1 month? When I say ready I don't mean 100% but enough to be ahead of the game.
Do soeme resistance training. It is critical to build some strength. Everything you propose is geared toward endurance. This is of course good, but you need strength for what you propose to do also.
