How severe is the hypothyroidism? Around 1 in 10 women have some form of thyroid depression, but if it is severe enough you should be on some form of hormone supplementing medication. At 28 years of age and a low bodyweight I'm curious as to your diagnosis.
I'm not sure what poly cstic ovaries are, other than that they may involve some kind of cyst on your ovaries. This could definately cause problems with androgenic hormones (missed periods, high testosterone levels, etc) I also know that some hormone control procedures can lead to hypothyroidism. Since I'm unfamiliar with your whole case history, I'm hesitant to give any real advice. I would tell you that you should discuss this with your doctor.
Why are you on a low fat diet? Was that what your dr recommended to you?
As for the binges, the best way to prevent them is willpower. You've gotta have it. It might help to eliminate the foods you binge on from your home, making them tougher to access and helping to reduce your risk of wanting them.

Thanks on ur advice.I am already on synthroid, the lowest dose possible for hypothyroidsm and for my PCO i was on some drugs which they have stopped and asked me to just eat low carb diet as i might get insulin resistance due to PCO.
My doc advised me to loose 10 lbs to reduce my estrogen production through fat and maintain with low carb diet. For exercise,he wants me to get cardio and weight training.
But inspite of doing it for 2-3 weeks,i didn't see any difference. So i got discouraged.I want to know how long should i work our everyday and what types ?
