Ok I did machines for a while with minimal gain then after doing the 8 week program I gained about 13 lbs but right now the gains are coming so much slower and I am kind of stagnating... am I just getting impatient? My diet is completely fine for my size, I am getting adequate intake and enough protein... why aren't the gains coming as quickly?
And I'm about 5'6" and 137 lbs right now, am I just hitting a wall because maybe I won't get much bigger or something? If so thats kind of sad, I haven't gotten as big as I want to be...
Just a guess but it sounds like you've been doing the same workout routine. Change it up and add some shocking sets to your workout. Sometimes just changing up the sequence does the trick.
