Hi all I am new here. I am hoping to get big, but main aim is really to lose weight so that this girl will like me :)
But I have a question. The ft exercise program said to train biceps and triceps on the same day.
So what I do is train them alternatively. Like I do for example, EZ-bar curls, then tricep pulldowns, then umm hammer curls, then close grip bench presses etc.
Should that be the correct way to do it?
Or should I do all bicep exercises first AND THEN tricep exercises?
Thanks!

You can, but if you are trying to gain size, it is probably best to work them separately. Such as , do biceps, whatever your workout is for them, and when finished go to triceps or vice versa, whichever you prefer. Sometimes for a changeup I do what you are doing now, but just for variety and that is all. Do 3 exercises for each, 9-10 sets, heavy as you can go after warmup. Good luck.

You can also do them on seperate days. Which Might be even more effective.

I work them alternately as well, but I'm training more for strength than anything and have longer rest periods in between. If you're training exclusively for size, fatigue is the way to go and you'll want to train them separately, as bb1 said. Good luck with the girl. However, if you're hoping that she'll magically want you when you lose some pounds, you're probably going to be disappointed. It's never that simple, chief.

Im sure most ppl here are not just trying to be fit and healthy, but also to look good for the ladies. I started liftin to have a nicer body and look good! i admit it, but once i got more into it, it became more then that. But i still want to look good!
