Is there any difference between doing all sets for one exercise at once or doing one set for each exercise and then repeating the whole cycle? Will giving more time between each set give me any different results?

doing all sets at 1 time is the traditional way. If you do 1 set and then move onto the next exercise, then the next, etc and then repeating is called a circuit. They are both good ways of exercising. The circuits are generally done with little to no rest and are almost like cardiovascular exercise because you fly them. So circuits i believe will be more of cardio work, stressing the muscles but not as much as would the traditional way- which would tax the muscles better since you are doing sets for the same muscle group.
