In the past my hardest ever workouts were those fuelled by guilt following a heavy night on the sauce. With the benefit of hindsight I would say go easy, if at all - I remember coming off the stepper, being hit by a wave of nausea and nearly having to make a bid for the ladies toilets - not very pretty!
