just started do a weight regime 2-3 times a week, finally decided 2 use the gym membership,
anyway i know many pple use suppliments and protein shakes, ect.
do any of u guys use this stuff and can u recommend any good ones and where 2 buy them,

Just beginning you don't need anything. Save your money, get your diet in order. Supplements will do nothing for you at this stage. A multi vitamin, and any other vitamins you may choose to use for overall health is all you need right now.
