Does adderall inhibit muscle growth? I am taking in enough calories, proteins and fat and working out 4 times a week.
Is there anything about adderall that would suppress muscle growth and sabotage my efforts?

Adderall is a stimulant, that is designed to calm an overactive nervous system. I doubt it. But...
Continue doing everything else right, and it should not matter.

My son takes adderall and i will say one of the known side effect according to his doctor is less of an appetite. In his case that is definitely true and he has lost some of his fat (he was heavyset) since the 9 months he has been on it.

Yes, but if you continue taking in enough calories, it shouldnt be an issue.
