My leg routine targets major muscles including a variety of squats, leg presses, lunges, & deadlifts for the most part, with extensions and curls on occassion. My time spent on the adductor and abductor machines is little to none. Am I wrong not to include these?

nope...if you want to work the inner and outer thighs more than with traditional multi-joint exercises, just use a soccer ball inbetween the knees and squeeze on the way down for a squat. this works the inner thighs a little more. for the outer thighs, use a weight belt (about all they're good for!) and wrap it around your knees, now press out into the belt during the squat.

I never do a leg workout without including abductors and adductors.

The ball would work fine also, but they should be done I believe in some form. The machines are just convenient.
I thought the post was asking if you should do them or not.
