I'm trying to determine my daily caloric intake and to do so I need to get my activity level. I'm leaning towards the highest level but I'm not sure. Here's my life

I work 40 hours per week at an active job where I am almost always on my feet, moving boxes and stocking shelves at a grocery store. I go to work at either 4 or 5 AM 5 days per week.

I lift 3 days per week for about 40-45 mins. per session and try to do cardio 3 or 4 days per week for about 20-25 mins. per session. I alternate between HIIT and regular aerobic cardio.

I will try to do something else once a week for a few hours as well such as play golf (walking) or shoot basketball.

So, where does this put my activity level? Thanks.

Go with high, and use this just as a guage on finding your calorie needs. It really doesn't matter a whole lot if it is not "high", if it is close. Simply use this amount as a starting point, a guage if you will. If eating that amount of calories after say 2 weeks keeps you exactly the same, no weight loss or gain, then you are at maintenance. This is essential to know anyway. If however you have gained weight, then calories are at a premium for your activity/lifestyle level, and you can adjust downwards as needed if trying to lose weight. Either way it goes, you should be fairly close with whichever number you choose not taking into account "human factors". A long answer for telling you use it as a starting point to work from.
