I would really appreciate it if anyone had any thoughts on this!! While I was a student and working at a desk job where I sad all day long then I ran 5 miles every day at about 8 minute miles.....I had plenty of energy after sitting all day. Now I am a preschool teacher and I am very active at work...I hardly sit down and there is a lot of lifting,dancing, etc. By the time I am done with work, I am pooped. I an manage about 2 miles a day at about 10 minutes. I am very depressed because I have fallen so far back. What kind of workout plan would be realistic for me (miles, days per week?). I know this is kind of a difficult question, but any thoughts would be extremely helpful!!! Thanks so much!
