Did you feel you got a good ab workout yesterday? Were you somewhat sore or did you feel that your ab muscles were sufficiently stressed? If so, then you may be sore later on. I took one week off after completing the 8-week program. I started another 8 week program last week and I am still sore from working on my chest 3 days ago! Sometimes, the soreness hits later on and sometimes lasts longer than usual.
But, just because you're not sore the next day doesn't necessarily mean that you didn't get a good workout!

It's also difficult for me to feel the next day soreness in my abs..... It's only when I work against weight (or a lot isometric work) that I can feel a slight pain the next day.
Honestly I wouldn't bother too much about it. I still got my six pack so I guess that what I'm doing works... You should be okey.

your muscles dont always have to be sore the next day....as long as you feel that burn while you're doin the exercise then everything is good.

To be able to see the abs, it's all a question about body fat level........ Cardio and diet is the solution in this thing.
Don't worry Arnold, as soon as I get my pics, I'll let you see my abs. Now will we see your head?!!

I usualy don't feel sore on any part of my body the next day, after the initial few weeks of soreness that is. I don't know why it is but for some reason I never get sore. Back in high school I worked my caboose off in the gym and never felt the tiniest bit sore. I have talked to tons of people about it and they say I just have good genetics or something. Could be the same with you.

because you probebly been working out on your abs everyday...skip 2-4 days and then work on your abs i am sure it would be sore...and do the reps for upper middle and lower abs...3 sets for each...don't count...
