When I do my abs exercises -- crunches and seated leg tucks -- my lower back starts hurting after a few reps. My trunk also kind of quivers and shakes when I contract during crunches. What could be the problem here? Are these just symptoms of weakness and hence will subside once I start doing these exercises more regularly?
