hi i need to ask ya'll.. at the moment i'm doing 90 sit-ups a day.i can see my abs coming through but i need to speed the progress up. now i've heard u can use weights for ya abs..could somone go into more detail on how to do this..

90 sit ups is to much. You can hold a weight behind your head or on your chest to increase the difficulty of the exercise. For leg lift type exercises, you can hold a dumbbell between your feet, or wear ankle weights.
