i am working out trying to gain tons of muscle mass. my stomach, however, is very fat, and even though i do ab excercises, the fat around there doesn't go away. will doing physical activity help me out a lot? what are some other ways i can loose this fat?
Cardio and a sound diet (man its like this has been said at least 5 times in the past few days).. Try doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and following a good diet based on the ft nutrition section.. but if your on a bulking diet to 'gain tons of muscle mass' you can't really 'cut' at the same time... so its either one or the other... some people that are just starting out might be an exception to this.. but I don't really know since you didn't fill out your profile.. fill it out so others can maybe answer your question better than I just tried...
