I want to get defined abs but no matter how many crunches I do, I can't get them the way I want them to be. Have you got any ideas ? Like excerises with weights, foods ?

Diet...... No matter how many abs you do you wont be able to see them if your body fat % is too high.

Right...the formula is 80% diet, 20% workout. Also, working with weights when doing ab work will actually help you gain muscle in that area! If you just want to tone, the same rules apply: more sets with higher reps.

Well said. Abs are made in the kitchen and thats the truth. One other thing to note is that abs are just like any other muscle group, they can be overworked and they need rest. You see and hear of people doing hundreds of crunches every day with little results. Work them as you would any other group and watch your diet religously. They will come!
