Crunches,reverse crunches,ab machines at gyms , and the most imporant thing have a good diet!

Try the ft 12 week ab blast I have made it to week 5 and it's getting quite challenging

I JUST ENROLLED IN THE 12 WEEK PROGRAM, BUT I HAVE NOT STARTED IT YET. BEFORE THIS, I DID CRUNCHES AND USED AN ABS EXERCISE BALL. ABS ARE A TOUGH AREA TO WORK, I THINK, BECAUSE IT JUST SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET TO WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!
