Is it a good idea to workout in FLU. Cause I got flu for last few days......

I don't think it would be wise. Especially if resperatory problems are there. Your body with the flu needs all the rest and nutrients it can get for healing itself. Probably shouldn't add another load to it. Good luck. Load up on Vitamin C and Zinc and Echinecea. through in some Glutamine for good measure. Drink lots of fluids. I am not a doctor, just play one on TV...LOL...
