Well i just wrapped up my first week on the program and i was just wondering if it will really help me gain some muscle mass. I'm eating 100% clean and drinking plenty of water. Concerning the workouts i think i'm doing very well and i'm seeing some changes already.

If you follow decent protocol, you will gain muscle mass. Decent protocol is the program, good diet, and good rest.

How much you will gain cannot be determined if you are asking that
