Dear Readers,

I was wondering if one day a week on abdominal exercise for 30 minutes would be adequete enough to sustain and further develop lean abs, as i already have fairly developed abs. Also will adding 2 sets of reverse cruches each night before bed be enough? Any info will be appreciated.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Pay attention to your diet to get "lean" abs.

are you really sure you want to be working out before you hit the rack ?

seems to me that an important part of any good abs routine is balancing out training for the upper and lower abs, and doing the former first.
