OK, Here is my starting points...

For Bench and Squats a current full workout is
sets reps #

Squats: 3x5x145 - Today
Flat Bench : 3x5x110 - Last Tuesday

For Deadlift, I do a single workset of 5 reps
195# Last Tuesday

No Change This Week due to not being able to hit the Gym...

Sick Wife and Kids really put a damper on "Fun" Time.. Oh Well, Just need to hit it hard this week.. :)

3x5x155 - +10#

Bench
3x5x105 - Dropped 5# to work on Form and then go back up.

DL
1x5x185 - Dropped 10# due to a missed week of workouts.
