I was in weight training as a senior(last year) but over the summer i kind of got out of my routine.Im starting to get back on focus though.and i just need a support system with this whole thing and maybe some tips of where i should even begin.

What is it you are looking for.....There are a ton of posts as to questions previously asked....do a search and if you still not quite sure, post your question again here like you just did above.....Good luck...keep posting...

Depending on your goals, this site offers free strength training routines to follow. Make sure you are dieting properly to achieve those goals aw well.
